However, the unearth of the wiring does not give full protection, this is when electric current swing at high speed (High Frequency) the current can be inducted though the small gap of switch. Therefore we have to use damping effect to block the current frequency, here is a small device invented by author which can partially damp the frequency:
1. Get 2 hollow iron bars, like those RF filter clips.

Now, can we design a device that can be small, simple, portable and easy to operate and to block these mind controlling frequencies? The answer may be on the Propagation of Direct Current through Air.
In the Video, the ionisation charges particles mainly electrons emitted and propagated at right frequencies resonant with our neurons electric field and hence influence our mind, it is from the Fluorescence tube which is connected to Earth line, so that the ionised charges can be propagated to our body then pass through to the Earth to complete the elctric circuit circle. Clearly the Positions and Spacing of Fluorescence Tube and our Body analog to a CAPACITOR.
Therefore, by setting the other half plate of capacitor and connects inductor and earths it, rather than our own body acts as the another half plate will effectively reduce substantial amount of ionised charges pass through ur body as well we can damp the earth to earth electric circuit by adjusting the inductor at the frequency we desire.
Now, we have both devices: a device that can damp the Live and Neutral wires and a device that can reduce and damp the ionised charges in an overall earth to earth circuit.
The diadvantages of these two devices are as follows:

As DLPFC (Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex) undergoes long maturational changes, one change that has been attributed to DLPFC for making early cognitive advances is the increasing level of neurotransmitter Dopamine in DLPFC.[1] Studies where the adult macaques' Dopamine receptors were blocked, it was seen that the adult macaques had deficit in the A-not-B task, as if the whole DFPLC was taken out altogether. Similar situation was seen when the macaques were injected with MPTP injection as it reduces the level of Dopamine in the DLPFC.[1] Even though, there have been no physiological studies about involvement of cholinergic actions in sub-cortical areas, behavioral studies indicate that neurotransmitter acetylcholine is essential for working memory function of the DLPFC.[32]

Michael Merzenich is a neuroscientist who has been one of the pioneers of neuroplasticity for over three decades. He has made some of "the most ambitious claims for the field - that brain exercises may be as useful as drugs to treat diseases as severe as schizophrenia - that plasticity exists from cradle to the grave, and that radical improvements in cognitive functioning - how we learn, think, perceive, and remember are possible even in the elderly."[12] Merzenich’s work was affected by a crucial discovery made by David Hubel and Torsten Wiesel in their work with kittens. The experiment involved sewing one eye shut and recording the cortical brain maps. Hubel and Wiesel saw that the portion of the kitten’s brain associated with the shut eye was not idle, as expected. Instead, it processed visual information from the open eye. It was "…as though the brain didn’t want to waste any ‘cortical real estate’ and had found a way to rewire itself."[12]
This implied neuroplasticity during the critical period. However, Merzenich argued that neuroplasticity could occur beyond the critical period. His first encounter with adult plasticity came when he was engaged in a postdoctoral study with Clinton Woosley. The experiment was based on observation of what occurred in the brain when one peripheral nerve was cut and subsequently regenerated. The two scientists micromapped the hand maps of monkey brains before and after cutting a peripheral nerve and sewing the ends together. Afterwards, the hand map in the brain that was expected to be jumbled was nearly normal. This was a substantial breakthrough. Merzenich asserted that "if the brain map could normalize its structure in response to abnormal input, the prevailing view that we are born with a hardwired system had to be wrong. The brain had to be plastic."[12]

We knew that these kids suffered the brain damage at the early stage, mainly 4-6 years old…, when the impact of losing dopamine hit at this age group; a lot of postures, gait and balance of body have not yet fully develop and these similarly apply to other brain functions and behaviors…., like cognitive etc…,
We assume there are chances that these kids may not expose to complexity of neuron activity, especially the neurotransmitters modulation…,
A continue to practice these correct standing posture, walking postures and cognitive training as if like human being evolved to be, will stimulate these kids produce basic modulation of neurotransmitters, especially on the autonomic system, which in turn may stimulate the brain and nerve system rewiring which these kids never have ( these basic modulations are in fact evolutionary what nature designs for human behaviors…,)
The stimulation on right walking and other right behavior as if human behaves will cause the coordination of the nerve system to re modulate the morphological structures of various nerves and neurotransmitters exerts its plasticity.
